It’s been said the PGI convention is the most fun you can have with fireworks in a week - This year promises to be a week you won’t forget! There will be the usual full schedule of interesting and educational seminars, open class C and B shooting, manufacturing time, competition, collectibles and more.
Pre-register and avoid lines at Convention!
Join or renew your membership and register for the convention now and don’t put it off until you arrive in W. Fargo. Registering is easy – just download the enclosed convention form, fill it out and send it in. Early bird discount applies only until June 1. That is an in-hand deadline and NOT a postmarked by deadline.
Please be sure that everyone in your party signs the waiver or you guessed it, you will have to stand in line. Children 6 years old and under at the time of convention are free. You must still add them to your convention registration form because they need to have a convention badge identifying them as a convention attendee. Youth registrants 7-20 years old, who live at the same address, must be listed on the form as a “youth” along with their age at the time of the convention. They will receive a youth badge. If your child has a full membership and you register them as "youth", they will not be able to vote.
If your child will be 21 years old at the time of convention, they must be full members and register as an adult. Older children, 18+, should provide ID when picking up their badge.
Members paying by credit, debit card or PayPal may mail or e-mail their forms. For faster processing, please also email your PayPal receipt.
Please note that checks are not accepted at Convention. The check deadline, received in the office of the Membership Services Manager, is July 17, 2020. Your canceled/cleared check and/or credit card charge will serve as your notification that you are registered.

Saturday 8/8: 8:00am – 6pm
Sunday 8/9: 8:30am – 6pm
Monday 8/10: 8:30am – 5pm
Tuesday 8/11: 8:30am – 5pm
Wednesday 8/12: 8:30am – 5pm
Thursday 8/13: 12pm – 8pm
Friday 8/14: 12pm – 2pm
The Membership Services office will be closed beginning Friday, August 1, to prepare for travel to the convention. Any items submitted after that date may not be processed. So please, plan ahead.

Medical Carts will be handled the same way as they were in 2018. Medical Cart forms can be downloaded and returned. Forms need to be completed and turned into Rick LePage, the Fire and Med Chief for approval.
The"Let's Go Fargo" logo/image is authorized for all applications but must be approved by the PGI Board, as is required with the Green Man logo. Send your request indicating what and how you intend to use either logo to VPComm@pgi.org. In all cases, design permitting, the trademark symbol © PGI should appear adjacent to the logo image.
